cUSTOM fABRICATION

When Off-the-Shelf Isn't an Option

Let us fabricate custom equipment, frames, supports, structures, and one-off components around the job they're performing. Because you won't always find the solution in a catalog.

wE CAN WORK WITH ENGINEERED PLANS, AN EXISTING COMPONENT, A ROUGH SKETCH, OR JUST AN IDEA OF WHAT THE PIECE NEEDS TO ACCOMPLISH.

The Requirement Drives the Fabrication

Load, clearance, movement, connection points, access, and a lot more go into custom components. That's why we consider everything, including how it will be transported, installed, and specifically used.

Unique Assemblies for Unique Problems

Custom Equipment and Mechanical Assemblies

We fabricate specialty equipment and assemblies around moving parts, adjustment points, equipment interfaces, service access, and even safety features that you aren't able to address with something premade. For one industrial facility, we developed an adjustable braking device that maintenance crews could use to safely stop and secure large cooling-tower fan shafts. Custom solutions to specific problems.

Skids, Frames, and Structural Metalwork

Equipment skids, bases, frames, supports, platforms, and a wide variety of specialty structures all have an even wider variety of things to consider beyond the dimensions: required loads, connection points, service access, transportation. We handle pump and chiller mounting systems and complex architectural structures that require very careful layout, alignment, and fit-up.

pROTOTYPES AND oNE-oFF cOMPONENTS

Sometimes, the part you need just does not exist. Which is fine, because we can take your drawing, sample, or functional needs and transform those into brackets, boxes, mounts, doors, transitions, unique replacement parts, and other one-off components you haven't even thought of yet. TIG welding is available for projects needing more control or a cleaner, finished weld. And if the project requires machining, engineering review, or some other specialized process, we can help coordinate the resources to make sure you get exactly the piece you need.
